AHHP INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS 2023

The XIV edition of the International Congress on the History of Paper in the Iberian Peninsula, entitled Paper, the bond between cultures: Arab, Jewish and Christian, will be held in Toledo on April 26, 27, 28, 2023.The MARCMUS project will be represented with the paper MARCMUS – For the creation of a Music Paper and Handwriting Centre (18th and 19th centuries).

BIBLIOTECA NACIONAL DE PORTUGAL: EXHIBITION | Sep 19th, 2023 - Jan 20th, 2024 | Exhibition room - Level 3 | Free admission. Musicological source criticism wanders along the path of the marks left by music through its authors, agents and producers. The paper and its types, the watermarks, the staves, the handwritings of composers and copyists, the papermakers, the Counts of Redondo, all intervene in the MARCMUS project (CESEM, NOVA FCSH).
